Today on the 18 of December 2014 we had the final of tables knock out the finalists were Sean, Ben, Luis and our grand winner Dominick Amon. We did the tables out of 1x 2x 3x 4x 5x 6x 7x 8x 9x and 10x. tables.We thought it was very hard and challenging we finally had our winners first place Dominick Amon and runner up Luis Allen.
Today we had our annual Christmas Carol service. All classes had a Carol to sing. We sang O Come All Ye Faithful. Jacob, Mark and Conor led the class from the microphone We had an enjoyable morning. A short clip of the boys singing will be added here soon.

On Thursday we took part in an Artist for a day programme. A lady named Monica spent the day with us. She taught us how to weave and tie knots. She helped us to use our imaginations creating objects from various recyclable materials. It was an enjoyable day. We produced some interesting creations which you can see in the slideshow below.
We watched the Monty the Penguin video for the John Lewis ad 2014. We got pictures from the ad and we put them in order telling the story. We put the pictures on display on our notice board outside class. The story is about about a boy called Sam and penguin called Monty. They spend a lot of time together. They love to play, walk and do other things together.On the way home on the bus Sam realises Monty is lonely.So Sam gets Monty a girl penguin to play with for Christmas.
For our November project, we learned about electricity and simple circuits. Mr. Minnock taught us how to make a simple circuit . The project we had to make something including a simple circuit. First we had to get into groups of two,three or four. But some of us decided to go on their own. Then at home we all had to make a plan of make a plan for our projects. Of course we had some help from our parents, our siblings and other relatives and friends. Some of us had to get stuff like light bulbs, battery holders and others. When we got all of the stuff we started to make the projects. Conor O,Donohoe's Dad sent us a lot of wires to use on the projects which we were all delighted with. We will have an exhibition on Friday which everyone can come and see our work.
