On Thursday Ciaran from Leixlip fire station came to give a talk about fire safety. He gave us advice on what to do if a fire happened. His motto was Get Out, Stay Out, Get the fire brigade out. Make a plan in case a fire starts. Get a fire assembly point outside. At night plug out all electrical items so that it is less likely to happen. We really enjoyed the talk and we feel a lot safer around fires thanks to Ciaran advice.
